You can eat cashews, pine nuts and almonds. These seeds and nuts also provide protein, fiber, vitamins as well as antioxidants.


Mushrooms: Not all, but certain varieties of mushrooms contain a high amount of iron. Oyster mushrooms contain up to twice as much iron as button mushrooms.
