Dhaka: Information Minister Hasanul Haq Inu wants the UN to investigate the mass murder of Rohingya people committed by Myanmar in Rakhine state.
He added that 800 tonnes of food and relief material worth of 32 lakh taka has been given to Rohingya refugees in 14 camps in Cox’s Bazar.
He also said that 15 teams of law enforcers have been deployed to patrol the camps. Hasanul Haq Inu has asked people not to give shelter to refugees outside of the camps. He said that the only solution to this crisis is for Myanmar to take back these Rohingya refugees with respect.
