Dhaka: The decision on the nominations of BNP chief Khaleda Zia for the 11th parliamentary election have been kept pending until 5pm on Saturday (today).
The Commission now is scheduled to resume their hearing at 5pm.
BNP chief Khaleda Zia has filed nomination papers for three constituencies –Bogura-6 and 7 and Feni-1.
The authorities of Election Commission also kept the decision pending on the petition filed by Krishak Sramik Janata League President Kader Siddiqui.
Former Attorney General AJ Mohammad Ali, the BNP chief’s lawyer, requested that all three of Khaleda’s nomination appeals be considered together.
